Shipping
All packages are shipped using FedEx or UPS and our shipping prices include packaging materials. We monitor weather closely during winter and summer months, and only ship wine via a method that will protect your investment.
You will be notified by email when your wines are shipped. Generally, we will attempt to ship your wines shortly after your order is placed. However, in effort to protect your wine, please be aware that your order may be held until weather conditions are ideal.

Returns

If you decide to return wine or cancel an order after it has been packed and prepared for shipping, we will refund your credit card for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling.
